With ZEP, you automate your time recording in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Labor Court.
Record the start and end of work precisely via an RFID chip (type Mifare DESFire EVI or EV2 or the ISO14443A standard — with a frequency of 13.56 MH2) or card. When stamping, the terminal automatically shows the employee the current overtime balance.
The times are synchronized in real time with the ZEP software so that all data is immediately available. The encrypted data transfer ensures that all working hours are sent securely to your ZEP version without unauthorised access.
Our time recording terminals are manufactured in our own production with a 3D printer in several individual parts. The refurbishment approach allows returned terminals to be reused without sacrifices, which offers a sustainable and cost-effective solution.
The ZEP terminal is available for a monthly rental fee of just €15. Complete your terminal with practical accessories such as RFID chips and PoE wall mounting kits, PoE adapters and flush-mounted power supply.
To use the ZEP terminal, you need a valid ZEP Clock license or the additional module Attendance if you use ZEP Compact or Professional.

In addition to our self-manufactured ZEP terminals, you also have the option of renting a range of DATAFOX terminals from our service provider rocon. These terminals are versatile, weatherproof, and offer optional features such as fingerprint sensors and resistive touch screens for use with gloves. Rental conditions are flexible and available upon request.
