ZEP App

The ZEP app offers you a convenient solution for mobile Project time recording, absence management and travel expense recording so that you retain maximum flexibility in hectic day-to-day project work.

With the app, you manage your expenses for projects and customers & can then generate standardized evaluations via the browser version. And absences such as vacation or illness can also be recorded via the app without you having to access the web version. Other functions include recording project times by stamping, scanning receipts and the ability to record meals for additional catering expenses.

ZEP Clock App

The ZEP Clock app allows you to easily record time via app: stamp, stamp out, easily while on the go.

The app works like a mobile time clock for pure Working time recording, can be adapted to different employees or teams and offers features such as offline use, individual PIN codes (keyword: data protection when the app is used centrally in team mode) or GPS location transfer (if accepted and switched on).

Please note that the app requires an active ZEP Clock license to be used.

How to use the Apps

  • Download the ZEP app from the store for iOS or Android.
  • In the ZEP trial version under Profile > Interfaces > mobile apps, scan the QR code with your mobile device & log in to your ZEP app.

  • Download the ZEP Clock app from the store for iOS or Android.
  • As an admin in the ZEP Clock trial version under Administration > System > Device Management, create a new device with which the app is to be used. User scans QR code to log in to the ZEP Clock app.
