Your employees stamp their start and end of work with our ZEP Clock app, directly in ZEP or the cost-effective ZEP terminal. By using RFID key chains or cards, time recording is accurate and easy.
What functions does the ZEP terminal offer for our time recording on site?
Our ZEP terminal allows you to stamp in and out using RFID key chains or cards. It records the start and end of work, automatically transfers it to ZEP Clock and shows the current overtime balance when stamping.
The terminal is ready for use without installation via WLAN or Ethernet cable and can optionally be mounted on the wall.
How does ZEP help me with time recording?
ZEP shows the recorded attendance when recording time for projects. You can use any number of smartphones or tablets as mobile time clocks. Individual activation of attendance recording for each employee, automatic creation of project times through stamping, automatic logging out and notifications optimize your workflow.
How flexible is the use of the ZEP digital time clock?
The ZEP time clock allows you to decide whether employees should stamp via the web frontend, the app or the terminal. A tablet with the app can serve as a central time clock at reception.
With the time recording app, it is possible to see who is already in the office while on the go. The application provides legal documentation for stricter laws at country level.
Can I calculate overtime and vacation balances in ZEP?
Attendance times do not influence the calculation of overtime and vacation balances in ZEP. There is no connection between recorded attendance and standard working hours, which enables clear and uncomplicated administration.
