Design agency needs efficient time recording software
“Since we have been in the industry for almost 15 years, we were already aware of how important efficient time recording was for our business when we founded Corpus-C”, says Alexander Müller. “In the beginning, we also worked with Excel spreadsheets, but when, after a labor-intensive project, there were additional hours of three weeks, it became clear to us that we could make better use of this time, for example by acquiring new customers.”, says Müller. As a result, ZEP was also well received by employees. “We know to everyone that recording all expenses precisely serves to optimize work processes and keep track of projects.”, continues Müller, whose favorite feature is automatic invoicing: “a feature that saves us a lot of time. ” The ZEP billing module provides a detailed breakdown of all costs incurred based on the recorded times. In this way, the services requested by the customer are always clearly visible. “I don't need a long time to explain over the phone to a customer who can understand their bill what service is behind this or that amount.”Müller says.
Cross-platform and location-independent
At Corpus-C, ZEP proved itself within a very short period of time and gave managing directors and employees new leeway for their actual day-to-day business. This is also due to the fact that ZEP can be used anywhere and across platforms when operated via a web browser. It doesn't matter whether employees are currently using their MAC or PC in Fürth, Stuttgart or Berlin as long as there is access to the Internet. “ZEP convinced us.
