As a long-standing customer, the engineering office has been enjoying the benefits of ZEP for more than 10 years. Before the tool was introduced, a self-made solution consisting of Excel and Access database was in use, but it reached its limits pretty quickly as the team got bigger. “The effort grew over our heads and we said 'We need something reasonable, '” says Bernhard Schröcker, managing director of IBSL. Not only were the functions convincing right from the start, but the competent and fast support support was also immediately positive. “We are extremely satisfied with ZEP and would not know how we could carry out our current project evaluations without the tool,” continues Schröcker.

Functions that would have been desirable at the start of use over 10 years ago have been retrofitted over the years, so that ZEP is now fully integrated into the engineering office's workflow. “We are currently not missing any basic functions in ZEP! ”
