Ich nutze ZEP zur Erfassung von Projektzeiten, Urlaubsanträgen und Überstundenverwaltung. Die Oberfläche sowie die Erfassung sind sehr anwenderfreundlich gestaltet und die Auswertungen lassen sich auch schnell erstellen.
Die Übersichtlichkeit mit der Wochenansicht gefällt mir sehr gut und zeigt mir auf einen Blick auf welche Projekte ich die jeweilige Woche bereits gebucht habe.
Wir nutzen ZEP seit über 10 Jahren, um die Arbeitszeiten (fakturierbar, nicht fakturierbar) zu erfassen. Dies stellt eine prima Grundlage für die Rechnungen an unsere Kunden dar. Am besten gefällt mir dabei die einfache Suche und Eingabe der Projektzeiten.
Beim Eintragen von Arbeitszeiten hat ZEP sehr viele nützliche Features, um den Vorgang so praktisch wie möglich zu gestalten, damit man schnell fertig ist. Viele kleine Funktionen für schnelles Ausfüllen, Auswählen von Zeiträumen oder sonstige Funktionen, die einfach viel Sinn ergeben. Es wird relativ schnell klar, dass hier großer Wert auf eine gute UX gelegt wurde. Ansonsten gibt es auch beim Thema Auswertungen und Fehlzeiten viele praktische Funktionen, um alles zu erledigen, was so anstehen könnte.
