ZEP bietet mir alle Funktionen, die ich im Arbeitsalltag bei der Rechnungsstellung benötige. Die Zeiterfassung nach Mitarbeiter kann effizient und schnell gemacht werden, Auswertungen funktionieren gut und liefern alle gewünschten Werte. Ich finde es sehr hilfreich, dass in jedem Projekt für jeden Mitarbeiter die Honorare einzeln hinterlegt werden können.
Das Programm bietet sehr viele Möglichkeiten unser mittelständisches Unternehmen mit 40 Mitarbeitern abzubilden. Über das flexible Ein/-Ausstempeln mit der App, am Computer oder über das Terminal können unsere Mitarbeiter je nachdem, ob sie im Büro, in der Werkstatt oder auf Montage sind, schnell ihre Arbeitszeiten und Belege erfassen. Mit den Möglichkeiten der Projektierung können wir schnell und übersichtlich die erfassten Daten weiterverarbeiten. Es ist mehr als nur reine Zeiterfassung, durch die Projektierung können viele Daten an Buchhaltung und Personalabteilung weitergegeben werden. Die Unterstützung bei der Einführung in das ZEP-System ist wirklich toll. Ich habe zu jeder Zeit eine schnelle und kompetente Hilfe über Teams, Mail oder Telefon erhalten.
Rechnungserstellung und Versand geht sehr schnell, es sind überall Hilfe-Texte zu finden und die Bedienung ist intuitiv.
