The journey is the destination
Managing Director Nicole Moser focused on the topic of working time recording some time ago, but moved back on the list of priorities when Excel came on the scene. In the classic way, the team recorded their times manually (and prone to errors) using spreadsheets. However, because the manual recording of working time was not data protection-compliant enough — the data was accessible to everyone — Nicole Moser quickly looked for a software solution that would simplify daily work time recording and put it in dry cloths in terms of data protection. A customer's recommendation drew her attention to ZEP Clock. And after just a short test phase, it was clear that “The tool is uncomplicated, does what it should and meets my needs,” says Moser.
Expectations were met
The majority of the team uses the web version for daily recording of working time. With a centrally accessible tablet, all employees could stamp in and out on just one device. “That's a great idea! It's great that the tool can be made centrally accessible to everyone so easily,” says Nicole Moser. “A terminal is simply not (yet) worthwhile for our small team.” If the team grows in the future, however, the experts will have another alternative to recording working time. But: So far, ZEP Clock has been integrated relatively seamlessly into the daily work of Austrians — stamp it in the morning, stamp it out in the evening, that's it! “I am pleased that I can simply print out the evaluations at the end of the month and present them to my employees for signature,” says Nicole Moser. “For us, ZEP Clock is a simple means to an end and has met our expectations. ”
Final Conclusion
“We are thinking because the tool does what it should and simply meets our needs! “— Nicole Moser, founder and managing director of babyrella.
